Meet the defender Ryan Gunderson

The american defender Ryan Gunderson have started the season in a really good way. Three points in the first four games from the defender who is one of the biggest stars i Brynäs IF. And Gunderson is happy to be a part of the team, that won the championship last year.

- Its a great group of players, and I really enjoy it, he says in a interview with Brynäs official website. 

One of the goals Gunderson have made this season was the game winning against Linköping and that goal was voted as the "Goal of the week".

HV71´s Jason Krog scored the game winning goal in Saturday's 2-1-win against defending champions Brynäs.

In addition to the decisive goal in the overtime win against Brynäs the 36-year-old Canadian recorded two assists in HV71´s first game for the season, that is when the team from Jönköping defeated Färjestad 3-2.

Luleå´s Canadian Cam Abbott missed last season due to an injury. Now the 28-year-old forward from Sarnia is back in business and looking forward to represent his team in Elitserien again.
